1. Keep the vaginal bacteria balanced

Do not wash inside of your vagina with warm water.

You should only use warm water to clean the outer part of your genitals (the vulva).

Take showers rather than baths.

Better not use soap, because any soaps can irritate your vagina.

Do not overwash your vagina.

Should not spend too long in hot baths or hot tubes such as jacuzzi.

Dry your vagina after washing, swimming, or doing sports.

Wipe from front to back to clean your anus in the toilet. That is to say, from the vagina to the anus.

Wear loose-fitting cotton underwear to Keep that cool.

Change your panties after swimming, exercise, or if they are wet.

2. Not douching

Douching decreases the number of good bacteria in the vagina and causes an imbalance of vaginal flora.

3. Avoid having multiple sex partners.
