For that reason, when we are under stressful situations, our heart beats faster and blood pressure increases.

The response to a stressful event differs from one person to another, such as fighting or running away from those worrying factors. 

Also, stress is not always bad. But too much and long-term stress or unhealthy stress is harmful.

Unhealthy stress can have a severe adverse impact on human health.

1. Manage your time

Prioritize your tasks. Do the most important ones first and as soon as possible.

That is essential to not put off the major things. Because you will spend your most time on worthless tasks and can’t finish the main job on time.

That is one of healthy coping with stress caused by lack of time.

2. Learn to say NO

Sometimes you can prevent and unhealthy stress to happen by simply saying no to the requests that can put you in a distressing and nerve-racking situation.

In my opinion, saying NO is one of the good coping mechanisms.

3. Accept what you can't change

A good way to manage stress is to understand that we cannot change everything.

Every so often things don't go on as we like them to. Accept that.

4. Avoid people who can make you stress

Keep away from people who can make you stress, or at least decrease your contact with them as far as possible.

Sometimes dealing with people who we don’t like can be one of the things that make us uneasy.

5. Get enough sleep

Lack of sleep can bring about a stressful day. So, one of the important way forward to deal with stress is getting enough sleep overnight.

A night of good quality sleep helps to not only have energetic mornings but also decrease daily stress.

6. Avoid unhealthy ways to deal with stress

Some unhealthy responses to stressful events not only can't help to deal with that stress but also make it worse.
